Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, recognizing and addressing any changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Valid and active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Stepdown or similar unit.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
