Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the CVICU, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Document patient information and treatment plans accurately in electronic medical records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CVICU or similar critical care setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
