About the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

The Progressive Care Unit is a step-down unit where patients receive intermediate care that is more intensive than what is provided on a general medical-surgical floor. You'll work with patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri or compact state
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a PCU, ICU, or similar setting
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications
