Job Responsibilities

As a Travel LPN in our Long-Term Care facilities, you will:

• Provide direct patient care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams: Work closely with RNs, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information: Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
• Support patients and families: Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Valid LPN license: Current and in good standing in New Mexico.
• Experience in LTC: Previous experience working in Long-Term Care settings is preferred.
