Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to ER patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient condition and response to treatments
- Maintain patient safety and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of two years of ER nursing experience required
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
